  1. Thanks.<BR/>The fact is that Anton Ego is, by far, my favourite character from Ratatouille. The ultimate food critic that really <I>knows</I> what good food is– an ideal– and, at the very end of the day, against his extreme skepticism/pessimism (necessarily nurtured and polished carefully…),finds it :-).
