O noua lege mai mult decat binevenita (desi trebuie spus ca nu am citit -inca- textul legii per se, doar aceasta scurta nota). In acelasi timp nu trebuie sa se uite ca problema cea mai mare nu sunt varfurile, ci majoritatea.
