Ad Astra revine cu o petitie pentru rezolvarea unor probleme majore in managementul cercetarii stiintifice din Romania (petitie pe care tocmai am semnat-o si eu). Evident, in mod normal o asemenea petitie ar fi redundanta pentru ca toate cerintele acestea fac parte din standardul organizarii cercetarii stiintifice intr-un regim civilizat.

My friend Gabi Turcu tells me (with great envy) about this video. It is an interview with Arfa Karim, the world’s youngest (Microsoft Certified!) .net developer: got the professional certificate at 10 years old (obviously in her free time, since the kid has also some school to attend…).
